Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial & Evaluation

PostHull provides a 7-day Free Trial to all new users. This period is intended for you to fully evaluate the Service's features, compatibility with LinkedIn, and suitability for your needs before any financial commitment is made.

Note: No charges are incurred during the 7-day trial. It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if they do not wish to proceed to a paid subscription.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Once the 7-day Free Trial expires and a paid subscription begins (whether monthly or annual), all sales are final.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Digital Goods: As PostHull is a digital SaaS product with immediate value delivery (AI generation, scheduling, and LinkedIn integration), we cannot "reclaim" the service once used.
  • Account Restrictions: No refunds will be issued if your LinkedIn account is restricted or banned, as per our Terms of Service regarding third-party platform risks.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings or by contacting help@posthull.com.

  • Effect of Cancellation: You will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Automatic Renewal: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By using PostHull, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Abuse of Process: We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks. In the event of a forced chargeback for a service that was delivered and used, we may terminate your account and permanent access to the Service immediately.
