PostHull operates on the principle of data minimization. We collect:

• Identity Data: Full name, email address, and LinkedIn profile URL.
• Authentication Data: OAuth tokens provided by LinkedIn. We never see or store your LinkedIn password.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction logs with the Service to improve performance and prevent abuse.

2. AI & Data Processing (Voice DNA)

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze your writing style ("Voice DNA").

• Non-Training Guarantee: We process your content through Azure OpenAI. Your data is NOT used to train the base models of Microsoft or OpenAI.
• Processing Scope: AI processing is limited to content generation and style analysis requested by you.

We retain your information only as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we initiate a deletion process where your data is purged from our active databases within 30 days, subject to legal or financial record-keeping requirements (e.g., Stripe transaction logs).

Regardless of your location, PostHull provides the following rights to all users:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal information (the "Right to be Forgotten").
• Right to Rectification: Update or correct inaccurate data.

Indian users: These rights are provided in alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

PostHull employs a Zero-Persistence Architecture for sensitive LinkedIn interactions where possible.

• Encryption: All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
• Token Security: LinkedIn OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted vault with restricted access.
